Motorola Edge 50 Ultra Launched – Specs and Details

Motorola Edge 50 Ultra runs on the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 application processor, which is built for those who work with applications requiring advanced computation power and superfast networking. This is further complemented by mind-blowing 16GB RDRAM coupled with a humongous 1TB UFS 4.0 storage, securing a flawless multitasking experience and a lot of space for your apps and games.

The phone is built with a p-OLED 6.7-inch screen having SuperHD+ resolution (2712 x 1220 pixels). However, it is Motorola’s statement that the phone is the first smartphone to have a validated display and a validated camera, which makes this phone unique from other phones. Therefore, in scenarios where these real-world Pantone Colors and human skin tones are presented, no matter how lighting conditions are, they will be on the screen in the natural color schemes.

The main feature of Edge 50 Ultra is a triple rear camera. To this end, such a sensor keeps a 50-megapixel resolution and transmits image data quickly to the center of the camera. So, the main chip with a large 1/1.3-inch optical format can perform well in a dark environment. It is carried by an extra 64 megapixel 3x periscopic telephoto lens, which helps to take shots of distant objects in detail, and also by a 50 megapixel wide angle lens, which helps in taking photographs of expansive scenes. The initial front-facing camera, which is 50 megapixels high, can offer the best selfies and video results ever.

Motorola offers the Edge 50 Ultra in three color options: Forest Grey (100% Vegan leather), Nordic Wood (real-estimate one wood back panel!), he Peach Fuzz (100% Vegan leather). The textured woodback gives a classic, bright, and individualistic modulation to the phone’s body, and this is a distinct feature in its design. Moreover, the phone type has an anodized pearl aluminium frame and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection for a longer active life.

The company advertises that with only four minutes of charging, the device can provide enough power to last for a full operating day. Moreover, the handset enables you to charge it using the power of the 50W wireless charging, as well.

The new Edge 50 Ultra is equipped with Android 14 which is the latest version and has laid together with a special layer from Motorola called Hello UX. This UI, which is a custom one, is known not only for its neatness but also for apparently being advertising-free, which in turn comes up as a close to the stock Android experience. Also, the phone has twin stereo loudspeakers and is rated IP68 for dust and water protection, therefore implying that its audio is part of the sounds around you.
